Organizations or employers may sponsor candidates for the examination. Candidates who are being sponsored by an employer will receive a promotional code from their sponsor. Candidates should enter this promotional code (and credit card information if applicable) in the payment section of the application.
IMPORTANT: YOUR IEEE WCET® ID NUMBER
All candidates who submit an application will be issued an IEEE WCET® ID number and receive a confirmation email acknowledgement within 24 hours indicating that their application was successfully transmitted. Candidates will subsequently receive an Authorization to Schedule notice providing information on how to schedule the exam.
Your IEEE WCET® ID number is very important! It will appear in three places: the Candidate Profile page, the confirmation email acknowledgement, and on the Authorization to Schedule notice. This IEEE WCET® ID number is required to review and modify your application and to schedule your examination. This is also your unique ID number for any future IEEE examinations as well as for recertification.
